The one-story, hipped-roof house is
three-bays wide and three-bays deep. It sits close to Park Avenue
facing north. A partial-width shed-roof porch protects a
six-panel door and sixteen-light replacement window. The porch is
supported by metal replacement posts. Original features include
six-over-six and eight-over-eight windows. The house is covered in
asbestos and sits on
brick piers, which have been infilled with block.
