The facade features three slightly recessed entryways with glass replacement doors and large picture windows. A one-story, brick addition to the north elevation with two entryways and glass doors was built later.

13. Paragraph Briefly Summarizing Known History Of The Property. The one-story, brick building is now the Masonic Lodge, but once served as Pineville's original town hall on 200 Dover Street, close to the old railroad station. It was built in 1949 and included a jail and later an addition was built for the town’s central telephone office.
